Personal Injury Solicitor Vacancy

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a reputable law firm which is looking to recruit a solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years of PQE to establish and run the RTA & EL/PL department.

THE ROLE:

The role will require you to handle a variety of RTA, EL/PL files. You will be required to analyse medical records, draft witness statements and instruct experts.  Therefore, the successful candidate will ideally have experience of managing their own volume case load of small, fast and multi-Track RTA claims, to include non-litigated and litigated cases, and will be a strong negotiator and litigator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will have strong technical skills, with the ability to use your own initiative and work towards targets.  Additionally, you will have an in-depth knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and the MOJ RTA Portal.

It is essential that you have experience of working with a case management system, that you have a keen attention to detail and a customer centric approach.

This is a consultancy based position. You will manage your own caseload of files, built up through the following you will bring with you. This opportunity is a fresh new approach to fee earning as it allows client focused Solicitors the freedom to develop their own client base within the firm and managing your own earning potential. You will also be rewarded for referrals of work to other teams within the firm.
